What does Faivo AI do?
Faivo AI is the all-in-one agency for AI, consulting, marketing, automation and branding. We find the hours your business is losing and teach your teams to win them back, so the capability stays in-house.
Do you do the work for us?
No. We teach your teams how. Nobody knows your market better than the people already in it. We bring the experience and the plan, and your team keeps the capability.
What is a level-five AI agent?
Level five is the highest level an AI agent can reach: fully autonomous in its lane. Faivo AI runs on 11 of them, each with one task, one skill set and its own knowledge. They share what they learn with the board, and VP leads them to the best and fastest plan for each project.
Is the consultation free?
Yes. The first 20 minutes with VP are free. You book a time and talk about where your hours are going and where your business could be. After the call, you decide whether you need VP's help.
How much does it cost?
The consultation is free. After that, the price depends on your situation: what's at stake, what it takes and how often you need VP. We never charge by the hour. Consulting starts at $2,500 and scales with what the hours you want back are worth, at about 0.8% to 1.6% of that value. We agree on one price before any work begins.

Brands, products, labels, entertainment companies and artists, since 2004. Faivo AI is built for global brands, portfolios and the teams behind them.
How is the Faivo AI clock calculated?
It counts from January 2022: about 12 new companies a year, each saving about 400 hours a year once they start, and they keep saving after. Every number in the clock comes from that one calculation.
What is the command center?
Your own private dashboard with all 11 Faivo AI agents. You upload documents, spreadsheets, PDFs and images, and ask your business anything, like when you last had a profitable November or how many packaging boxes you bought last year. The agents answer from your files and show their sources. It is coming soon. See the dashboard example.
Can we use the agents without hiring VP?
Yes. Command Center is $99 a month and Command Center Pro is $399 a month, each with a generous monthly allowance. If you hire VP, Command Center Pro is included: 1 year for engagements from $2,500 to $10K, 3 years from $10K to $50K, and 5 years from $50K up.
