Is the consultation free?
Yes. The first 20 minutes with VP are free. You book a time and talk about where your hours are going and where your business could be. After the call, you decide whether you need VP's help.
How much does it cost?
The consultation is free. After that, the price depends on your situation: what's at stake, what it takes and how often you need VP. We never charge by the hour. Consulting starts at $2,500 and scales with what the hours you want back are worth, at about 0.8% to 1.6% of that value. We agree on one price before any work begins.
Can VP come to us?
Yes. For bigger projects, VP can spend up to a week on location: seeing how the work really happens, fixing the system in the room and training your people face to face. It's priced like everything else, on what it's worth, agreed before anything starts.
